Q:
A: Online payments are via paypal which is not only convenient, its quick and probably the most secure method of payment over the internet. Payment by cheque is also accepted, after the funds have cleared orders will be dispached. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to pay by cheque.

Q: JEWELLERY SPECIFICATION
A: All items are handmade to order so all designs can be tailored to your requirements. Please contact me with bespoke orders or design alterations before placing your order. If you haven't added your colour options when ordering I will contact you within 24hrs to confirm details etc. Most tiaras and jewellery are available in a range of pearl and crystal colours and can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements and colour themes. If you need help with colours see my colour chart page or if unsure please contact me and I can always send out sample colours to help get the best colour match. Tiara height can also be changed and made taller or shorter depending on personal taste.

Q: POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
A: As all items are made to order if time is a problem please contact me for delivery timescales. I will always do my best to help. I will send an email to you after dispach. All items are tissue wrapped and boxed and then repackaged to ensure save delivery. Uk delivery is free, and is sent by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Please contact me for international postage rates before placing an order.

Q: REFUNDS
A: As all items are made to order and no stock is held, all made to order items are non refundable. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me upon receipt and I will do my best to sort the problem. Items returned with no prior notification will not be refunded. As I can appreciate how difficult it is to buy without trying I do offer the chance to try on samples before buying. Tiaras and items sent to try must be paid for in full, the sample will then be sent. Please return within 7 days for a refund. If you then decide to buy the item you will be sent a new made to order item in your colour choice etc. If you decide against buying you will be refunded less the initial postage costs. Please contact me when requesting a sample design, and add SAMPLE inthe paypal comments box.

Q: JEWELLERY CARE
A: Due to the nature of silver and silver plated items they will if left in the air slowly tarnish over time. To keep items at there best before your big day try to avoid handling too much and keep the item boxed in tissue paper and away from any moisture. Spray hairspray and perfume before adding your jewellery or tiara. For small items the best way to keep them looking there best is to occasionaly clean them with either a silver cloth or a jewellery cleaner which small pots are readily available in most supermarkets. However never put real pearl in these as due to there delicate nature it will ruin them (I have tried it thinking a few seconds won't hurt, it does.) For larger items(tiaras) I do offer a cleaning service please email me for details.

Q: APPOINTMENTS
A: Appointments are always welcome. Either email or phone me to book an appointment in my Norwich based studio. You can then try on many of my sample designs to find your perfect accessory.Contact Details
